Job summary

Northeast Paving, a full-service paving and construction company operating throughout the northeastern United States, is seeking an Aggregate & Asphalt Sales Representative to grow relationships and drive sales of aggregate and asphalt materials for the Northeast region. The role requires presenting products to customers, analyzing needs, building lasting client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Travel is required; work outdoors at project sites and client locations in varied weather

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales.
• Experience in asphalt production and sales is a plus.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products and services to customers.
• Analyze customer needs to best meet their requirements.
• Establish and maintain healthy business relationships.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly.
• Achieve sales targets within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with asphalt team and other departments.
• Track sales and market potential; prepare reports.
