The Jonus Group is seeking a client-facing insurance professional in New York who can manage a portfolio of corporate clients and acting as a trusted advisor. You will lead meetings with senior executives to understand their business, identify coverage gaps, and develop tailored risk management solutions.

You will partner with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences, share market insights, and help grow the practice through strong relationship building and strategic guidance.

• Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as a trusted adviser throughout the relationship.
• Lead client meetings with senior executives to understand their business, identify coverage gaps, and develop customized insurance solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance around insurance and risk management based on each client’s specific needs.
• Help develop best practices and resources that can be used across the team as the organization grows.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective execution of insurance programs.
• Bring client feedback and market insights back to internal teams to help improve processes and solutions.
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, improve efficiency, and expand the value provided to clients.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on client service, innovation, and accountability.
