Job summary

MAV Project Services seeks a Land/ROW Specialist to develop and implement access plans, temporary workspace, and landowner notifications for integrity, field engineering, and corrosion projects. You will collaborate with the team to resolve claims and prepare real property agreements.

The role requires licenses (TREC ROW or Broker) and a BS/BA degree, plus 5+ years in midstream land work. Strong research, negotiation, and permiting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of midstream experience in land/ROW work and related claims.
• BS or BA degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and develop plans for access and temporary workspace, landowner notification, and general land support of integrity, field engineering, and corrosion projects.
• Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with colleagues regarding work status and landowner claims.
• Investigate, negotiate, settle, and issue checks for damage claims.
• Prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property.
• Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies.
