MAV Project Services seeks a Land/ROW Specialist to develop and implement access plans, temporary workspace, and landowner notifications for integrity, field engineering, and corrosion projects. You will collaborate with the team to resolve claims and prepare real property agreements.
The role requires licenses (TREC ROW or Broker) and a BS/BA degree, plus 5+ years in midstream land work. Strong research, negotiation, and permiting skills are essential.
5+ years' midstream experience; Assist with, and develop, plans for access and temporary workspace, landowner notification, and general land support of integrity, field engineering, and corrosion projects. Communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with colleagues regarding work/project status and landowner claims.Investigate, negotiate, settle, and issue checks for damage claims. Prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property. Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies. Demonstrate critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.A minimum basic knowledge of real estate/title concepts; title experience a plus. Requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor, but able to collaborate and brainstorm with the Team.
