Job summary

MAV Project Services seeks an experienced ROW specialist to support land and right-of-way projects within an assigned Houston area. You will assist with access plans, temporary workspace, and project notifications for integrity and corrosion initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in midstream ROW, proficiency with GIS and MS Office, and a TREC ROW Agent or Real Estate Broker license, plus a BS/BA. Bi-lingual a plus and knowledge of pipeline alignment sheets is advantageous.

Qualifications

5+ years of midstream experience in land & rights-of-way projects.
Proficient with GIS, Excel, Outlook, and online research tools.
Active TREC Right of Way Agent License or TREC Real Estate Broker license.
BS or BA degree required.

Responsibilities

Support local stakeholders with land and right-of-way projects within an assigned location.
Assist with plans for access, temporary workspace, and notification of integrity and corrosion projects.
Prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims; prepare and negotiate legal agreements.
Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies.
Investigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims.
