Job summary

ProSource is seeking an Acquisition Agent II to work with landowners and businesses to acquire rights to easements for assigned projects. This mid-level role operates with independent execution within ProSource’s Acquisition Career Framework.

The position is primarily in Medina, MN, with travel as needed. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in land acquisition and strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 3–6 years in land acquisition, title searches, or related fields.
• Knowledge of real estate law and property transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Works independently to acquire rights in real property full/partial takings, permanent easements, and long-term leases.
• Identify sites and establish contact with landowners.
• Study project plans and property plats; prepare title abstracts.
• Review property appraisals and negotiate leases/purchases.
