Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an Associate Manager for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Pricing Analytics to drive topline growth and share gains. You will partner with Finance, RGM, Sales, and Strategy to deliver actionable pricing insights and investment governance, influencing decisions and resource allocation.

The role emphasizes competitive benchmarking, performance measurement, and executive-ready reporting to optimize pricing, promotions, and market strategy across key accounts and regions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Category Management, and RGM.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Pricing analytics and business performance monitoring across accounts, regions, and channels.
• Coordinate Pricing Council processes, including agenda preparation, investment tracking, approvals, and follow-up actions.
• Analyze external marketplace dynamics, including competitive pricing, price indices, and syndicated data.
• Develop recurring performance reporting and executive-ready insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Lead post-audit analysis of promotional and trade investments.
• Present findings and recommendations to Finance, RGM, and senior LT.
