PepsiCo in Purchase, NY is seeking an Associate Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Pricing Analytics to partner with Finance, RGM, Sales and Strategy to drive topline growth and profitable share gains through pricing, promotions, and investment governance.

You will benchmark pricing, monitor performance across accounts, develop recurring reports, and lead post-event analytics to quantify ROI and optimize future spend.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Category Management, and RGM organizations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Pricing Analytics & Business Performance: monitor pricing, rate, and mix across accounts, regions, and channels.
• Identify pricing risks, performance gaps, and opportunities; translate into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze external marketplace dynamics, including competitive pricing and price indices.
• Develop recurring performance reporting and executive-ready insights for leadership decisions.
• Pricing Council Governance & Investment Tracking: coordinate processes, track investments, approvals, and actions.
• Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights: synthesize internal/external data into actionable implications.
