Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including one year of project management and one year of proofreading experience.
• Experience with Qvidian software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and responds to requests within the business development group.
• Provides initial draft of each request to SMEs and incorporates edits or updates.
• Ensures initial draft is compliant, responsive, and tailored to client needs.
• Ensures security and integrity of all proposal documentation.
• Collaborates with SMEs to document new requirements.
• Facilitates internal flow and review of inputs and production of final master proposal.
• Maintains timelines to meet deadlines.
• Helps develop and maintain proposal best practices.
• Performs ad hoc assignments such as RFP follow-up and library updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization’s quality programs.
