Job summary

Sedgwick, a leader in risk and claims administration, seeks a Proposal Specialist to develop and respond to information requests and RFPs. You will collaborate with SMEs to ensure timely, accurate, and tailored proposals, and oversee quality and coherence across responses.

The role emphasizes strong proofreading, project management, and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment, with primary responsibilities in leading proposal workflows and maintaining documentation integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years of related experience including 1 year of project management and 1 year of proofing/editing.
• Experience with Qvidian software a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to requests within the business development group.
• Prepare initial drafts for SMEs and incorporate edits.
• Ensure drafts are compliant and tailored to client needs.
• Maintain security and integrity of proposal documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify and document new requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee production of the final master proposal.
