Sedgwick is seeking a Proposal Specialist to craft and manage information requests, coordinating with SMEs to ensure timely, compliant responses. The role emphasizes quality, cohesiveness, and security of proposal documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 4+ years of related experience including PM and editing, and strong grammar and communication skills. Qvidian experience is a plus in this fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include one year of project management experience and one year of proofing/editing.
• Experience with Qvidian software is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and respond to requests within the business development group.
• Provide initial draft of each request to SMEs and incorporate edits or updates.
• Ensure drafts are compliant, responsive, and tailored to client needs.
• Maintain security and integrity of proposal documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify and document new requirements.
• Coordinate internal flow and review of inputs and produce the final master proposal.
• Set and manage timelines to meet deadlines.
• Help develop and maintain proposal best practices.
• Take on additional assignments such as follow-up requests and proposal library updates.
