Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Revenue Project Manager to oversee a large portfolio of revenue and operational initiatives. You will collaborate with the SVP of Revenue and leaders across the organization to drive execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes business-focused project management, organizational change, and stakeholder engagement rather than technical IT PM tasks, with a preference for healthcare revenue cycle experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience; 10+ years strongly preferred.
• Experience managing complex portfolios and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong business PM background focused on operational and organizational outcomes.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent Excel data analysis and Pivot Tables capabilities.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Experience managing documentation and collaboration sites within SharePoint.
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee a portfolio of 70+ revenue and operational initiatives.
• Provide project management leadership for select strategic initiatives within the portfolio.
• Partner with the SVP of Revenue and operational leadership to keep initiatives on track and deliverables achieved.
• Facilitate governance, reviews, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Lead monthly portfolio reviews and initiative tracking/accountability.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Build cross-unit relationships and influence outcomes and decisions.
• Escalate risks and resource concerns as needed.
• Coordinate efforts across operational, revenue cycle, and support teams for successful execution.
• Support organizational change initiatives tied to revenue performance goals.
