Job summary

SCP Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Manager II to lead Revenue Cycle Services initiatives. You will define project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, within scope and budget, while reporting to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of project leadership in healthcare IT or RCM, PMP (preferred), Agile and PMBOK experience, and strong communication skills to drive collaboration with executives and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading projects in Revenue Cycle Services or Healthcare IT.
• Experience with Agile and PMBOK methodologies.
• PMP certification is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Standardize project management approach and internal SOWs for all projects.
• Define best practices and ensure budgets and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with SCP Health and vendor resources; report to executives.
