Partner's Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with a background in Revenue Cycle and hospital IT implementations, including Epic projects.

The role, mostly remote, requires strong coordination across clinicians and IT teams to deliver multimillion-dollar initiatives. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of IT PM experience, PMP preferred, and a solid grasp of data governance and regulatory requirements in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Eight years of IT PM experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience managing large, multimillion-dollar hospital IT projects (Epic).
• Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate clinicians, IT and vendors.
• Proven leadership of PMO methodologies.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle areas: Patient Access, Patient Accounting, Scheduling, Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and manage organization-wide IT projects and system upgrades.
• Apply advanced project management methodology and tools.
• Lead teams of 8–15 project members.
• Lead PMO initiatives and opportunities.
• Mentor junior PMs.
• Advocate PMO methodologies.
