Job summary
Gong seeks a Senior Consultant for Adoption Services to guide post‑activation customer experience globally. You will lead discovery, governance, and transformation work streams, helping customers evolve revenue operations while Gong remains embedded in forecasting, coaching, and revenue execution.
You will collaborate with Engagement Managers, Product, Support, and Customer Success to deliver aligned outcomes and drive scalable growth across Adoption Services.
Qualifications
- Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue operations within a go‑to‑market or consulting environment.
- Strong cross‑functional communication across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast‑moving, evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to uncover business requirements, revenue process gaps, workflow opportunities, and adoption challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor with revenue domain expertise and AI workflow knowledge.
- Translate forecasting, pipeline management, coaching, and sales engagement into scalable platform strategies.
