Job summary

Gong's Adoption Services team seeks a Senior Consultant to lead discovery, governance, and transformation work streams for customers. You will help evolve revenue operations while embedding Gong into forecasting, coaching, prospecting, and revenue execution.

Based in one of the listed U.S. hubs, you will collaborate with Engagement Managers, Technical Architects, Product, Support and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes and scalable adoption across multi-year engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in go-to-market or consulting with revenue ops or revenue transformation experience.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
• Comfortable with fast-moving, ambiguous environments where methods evolve.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to uncover business requirements and adoption challenges.
• Serve as trusted advisor, bringing revenue domain expertise and AI workflow knowledge.
• Translate forecasting and pipeline management into scalable platform strategies.
