RevOps Careers seeks a Director of Revenue Operations to architect strategy, processes, and systems that drive revenue across all clubs. You will set standards for enrollment, membership changes, billing, and collections, and you will monitor performance at each stage.

Day-to-day leadership sits with local Membership Administrators; you will train and support them, own revenue allocation, and review month-end close, deferred revenue, and receivables.

Formación

• 5+ years in revenue accounting or revenue operations.
• 3+ years in leadership or systems administration.
• Experience in hospitality or sports preferred but not required.
• Experience with membership systems such as Club Automation is a plus.
• Experience overseeing collections and disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy for revenue across clubs and accounts.
• Oversee month-end close, deferred revenue, and reconciliations.
• Train and support club administrators across locations.
• Identify friction points and translate data into insights for leadership.
