Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or FP&A/strategic finance, ideally at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong quantitative and analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets and validate financial models.
• Ability to build and validate workflows using SQL and BI tools.
• Excellent modeling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfort with ambiguous problems and ability to distill into structured insights while knowing when to escalate.
• Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships and align on financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Own core pieces of Plaid's top-line revenue forecast and refine models to produce forward-looking numbers.
• Explain drivers of forecast using internal data and external market factors; automate scalable processes.
• Partner with GTM team to turn analytics into actionable insights for planning and decisions.
• Manage recurring KPI and variance reporting cadences for stakeholders up to the Board, surfacing risks and opportunities.
• Help recruit and grow Plaid's Strategic Finance team.
