Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with autonomy and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A processes including month-end reporting and forecasting for senior leadership and Board.
• Provide actionable financial insights and evaluate investments to drive growth.
• Develop systems and tools for accurate, scalable financial reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing on capital allocation across funnels.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Accounting on sales planning and commissions forecasting.
• Maintain and report GTM KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for quarterly Board presentations.
• Contribute to recruiting a world-class Strategic Finance team.
