Saber Healthcare Group in Ohio is seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations in our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee daily business office functions, cash posting, and census management while ensuring accurate billing and regulatory compliance.

This role partners with the billing team to ensure timely submission of insurance claims, resolve billing issues, and optimize cash collections.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a long-term care business office or related healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Medicaid eligibility requirements and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the business office and census management.
• Manage daily deposits and cash posting; private pay collections.
• Oversee resident trust accounts and Medicaid eligibility processing.
• Collaborate with billing team for accurate insurance claim submissions and issue resolution.
• Ensure regulatory and company standards compliance.
