Job summary

Skilled Healthcare Center is seeking a Business Office Manager with Skilled Nursing Facility experience to oversee day-to-day resident census, billing and RFMS trust while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will maximize collections from applied income and private coinsurance, assist with Medicaid pending applications, and ensure accurate billing and cash collection.

End-of-month reconciliations and collaboration with the Controller are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of billing and collection in Long Term Care.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care reimbursement.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, RFMS and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day resident census, billing and RFMS trust, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maximizing the collection of applied income and private coinsurance receivables.
• Assist with submission, tracking and resolving Medicaid pending applications; accurate billing and cash collection activity.
• Ensure full compliance with resident funds at all times.
• Perform end-of-month reconciliation of census/revenue, accounts receivable and cash/bank reconciliation.
• Assist the Controller with tasks as needed.
