Saber-Healthcare Group is seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations in our skilled nursing facility. You will drive cash collections, manage daily business office operations, and ensure accurate Medicaid eligibility processes, collaborating across departments to optimize financial performance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive communication with residents, families, staff, and external partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum two years in a long-term care business office or healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid payers and Medicaid eligibility.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; healthcare billing systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office operations and revenue cycle activities.
• Drive cash collections and reduce accounts receivable aging.
• Coordinate billing with insurance to ensure timely claims submission.
• Manage deposits, cash posting, and resident trust accounts.
• Collaborate with billing team to resolve billing issues.
