Qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle operations within a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with Medicaid eligibility processing and documentation coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
