SanStone Health & Rehabilitation in North Carolina is seeking a Revenue Cycle Business Office Manager to oversee billing, collections, and financial operations in our skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate will manage AR, submit claims to Medicare/Medicaid and private carriers, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with residents and families on financial matters, while leading an office team in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of healthcare billing and collections in long‑term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft and billing software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and resident billing processes.
• Submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial carriers and follow up on denials.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support facility operations.
• Oversee Receptionist and office workflows and procedures.
