Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Revenue Accounting Manager to build and optimize revenue infrastructure for sophisticated software platform deals. You will work across sales, finance, engineering, and customer success to ensure ASC 606 compliance, accurate reporting, and public-company readiness.

You will review complex bundled deals, prepare technical accounting memos, own revenue recognition policies, and support monthly close, forecasts, and SOX controls in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, focused on software businesses.
• Deep understanding of ASC 606 and complex, multi-year software platform contracts.
• Experience preparing technical accounting memos for revenue recognition and other complex transactions.
• Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth environment.
• Experience leading or working with a deal desk and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, structure, and approve complex bundled deals with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare technical accounting memos for revenue transactions to ensure ASC 606 compliance.
• Own revenue recognition policies and update guidance for new transactions.
• Process and review orders in Salesforce and NetSuite ensuring accurate data flow.
• Establish SSP processes for existing and new products.
• Support monthly close, revenue forecasting, and SOX-control readiness.
• Prepare revenue disclosures for annual/quarterly statements.
