This hybrid Orlando role requires ERISA knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Travel up to 25% may be needed; base pay aligned with experience plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years retirement plan experience required.
• Strong ERISA knowledge and fiduciary best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and serve as primary contact for retirement plan matters.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design and implement retirement plan solutions.
• Coordinate plan reviews and ensure ERISA/IRS compliance.
