Empower seeks a Relationship Manager to strengthen connections with advisors, plan sponsors, and third-party administrators in the corporate market. You will manage a book of business typically valued at $10–$35 million, aiming to optimize retention and profitability while delivering plan reviews and employee education.

The role requires FINRA registrations 6 and 63, a Life Insurance license, ERISA knowledge, and a track record of building strategic relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years financial services or relevant experience.
• Experience building strategic relationships.
• Understanding of ERISA concepts (compliance, plan design, regulations).

Responsabilidades

• Own the retention and profitability of a book of business; plans will typically fall within the $10 - $35 MM range.
• Build and grow relationships with key decision makers.
• Collaborate with the plan sponsor and advisors on plan design, investments, retirement readiness, affiliated product solutions, and new opportunities.
• Deliver plan level reviews including employee education planning.
• Problem-solve escalated issues.
• Partner with local sales team to deepen advisor relationships, develop new business, and grow existing business.
• Travel expected for local or regional onsite advisor and client meetings.
