Job summary

ERISA Services is seeking a Retirement Plan Relationship Manager to serve an assigned caseload of 120–160 retirement plan clients from a fully remote environment. You will be the trusted advisor, coordinating with internal specialists to deliver accurate, prompt, and professional service.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years retirement plan administration experience
• Working knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor regulations
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented focus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor for an assigned caseload of retirement plan clients.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, financial advisors, CPAs, and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver accurate, prompt, personal service.
• Coordinate annual valuation reporting and census requests.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy and communicate plan amendments.
