Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager focused on U.S. retirement programs. You will administer retirement plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to deliver cost-effective, competitive benefits.

The role includes overseeing plan operations, audits, enrollments, and communications, with potential involvement in broader benefits programs and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. employee benefits with focus on retirement programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations and guidance.
• Ability to lead compliance, reporting, audits, and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retirement plan administration including eligibility, enrollment and contributions.
• Oversee compliance activities, plan documents, SPDs, and required participant notices.
• Coordinate with HRIS, Payroll, and vendors on data feeds, reconciliations, and audits.
• Develop education and communications to improve participant understanding and engagement.
• Support governance and reporting for committees, including Form 5500 filings.
