Texas Capital is seeking an experienced Retail Banking Operations leader to drive performance across the Retail LOB, partner with stakeholders, and align initiatives with bank strategy. You will manage complex processes, enforce governance, and guide teams through change while maintaining risk compliance.

This role requires 10+ years in retail banking operations with a business or finance degree, strong leadership, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail banking operations or related support function.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field; strong knowledge of banking operations.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive change in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail line of business operations and vendor lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Retail Banking leadership and monitor projects.
• Prepare and present analytics, program status, and goals achieved for leadership.
• Lead special projects on behalf of Retail Banking leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
