Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Retail Banking Operations Manager to guide staff, drive operational excellence across multiple financial centers, and coordinate audits and training. You will lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure adherence to policies, while supporting process improvements and reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in retail banking, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 30% to various Financial Center sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail Banking or Retail management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bank security protocols, financial center operations, client solutions, client service and sales.
• Strong leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to multi-task, manage time and competing priorities; exercise independent judgment.
• Willingness to own assigned tasks with urgency and accuracy; adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support and conflict resolution to team members, adhering to bank guidelines and applicable laws.
• Build influence and aid in execution of operational excellence for all financial centers and support daily operations.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and provide feedback to regional management and risk partners.
• Aid in audits, provide feedback, support, and updates to regional retail managers and risk partners.
• Develop and support training within retail, maintaining a cross-trained staff.
• Create, modify and review processes, procedures and training material for the department.
