Job summary

ezCater is seeking a Senior Restaurant Business Partner to build strategic partnerships with enterprise restaurant partners and translate their needs into growth on the ezCater platform. Remote-friendly role focused on Boston-area operations and national client base.

You will lead relationship management, analyze partner performance, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive measurable improvements and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years partnering with and managing top-tier partners or accounts.
• Experience with restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred.
• Track record of building internal and external relationships and delivering impact.
• Analytical with ability to distill data into recommendations for stakeholders.
• Executive communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Conflicts resolved with creative, collaborative solutions.
• Proactive, problem-solving approach in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and trust with contacts at ezCater’s enterprise restaurant partners.
• Translate partner needs into strategies for exceptional experiences and growth.
• Assess and optimize partner performance with data-driven insights.
• Present insights to internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment.
