ezCater is seeking a Sr. Restaurant Business Partner to build trusted partnerships with enterprise restaurant partners, aligning growth with operational performance and optimized exposure.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product, translate partner needs into actionable strategies, and analyze data to drive improvements for mutual success. This role offers a remote-hybrid arrangement from Boston or home.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in partner management with top-tier accounts; restaurant ops or logistics preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data sets and present clear recommendations using Tableau, Sigma, Excel.
• Executive level communication skills.
• Experience resolving conflicts and finding creative solutions.
• Proactive, autonomous and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence through listening and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with contacts at ezCater’s enterprise restaurant partners.
• Translate each partner’s business into ezCater opportunities and growth strategies.
• Proactively assess and optimize partner performance using data-driven insights.
• Translate insights into actionable direction for stakeholders from C-level to store managers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align goals and enable success.
