Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant under the direction of the Area Director, driving operational and financial performance and managing Managers and hourly TEAM Members. The GM will pursue excellence in guest service, staff development, and community engagement, with prior AGM or GM experience and Apple II training.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability; national chain preferred.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
