Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or hospitality analytics.
• Experience supporting multi-unit operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant economics (prime cost, COGS, labor).

Responsibilities

• Analyze restaurant performance and four-wall margins to identify opportunities.
• Build margin improvement strategies focusing on sales, labor, and costs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for business reviews.
• Collaborate with Field Operations to translate results into actions.
