Job summary

Specialty Restaurants is seeking a Senior Restaurant Performance Analyst to transform restaurant data into actionable insights that improve profitability across our multi-unit portfolio. The role collaborates with Operations, Finance, and support teams to build tools, dashboards, and analyses that drive data-informed decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial analysis or hospitality analytics, strong knowledge of restaurant economics, and hands-on experience with BI tools such as

• Experience supporting multi-unit operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant economics (prime cost, COGS, labor).
