Job summary
World Wide Technology is seeking a Strategic Resourcing Services Executive to drive and grow the strategic staffing business within the Southeast region. You will lead the services sales process for assigned Retail & Hospitality accounts, develop budgets, pricing, proposals and statements of work, and coordinate transitions from sales to service delivery throughout the lifecycle of placed resources.
The role requires creativity, strong negotiation, and the ability to build lasting client
Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume full life-cycle staffing/recruiting/sales.
- Proven success selling to Fortune 500 accounts.
- Strong C-level relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading strategic staffing/resourcing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic staffing sales in the Southeast region for Retail & Hospitality accounts.
- Develop budgets, pricing, proposals and statements of work.
- Close opportunities with Services Sales Consultants and account teams.
- Coordinate transitions from sales to service delivery and lifecycle of resources.
