You will manage a team of Resource Advisors and Managers, align resources to business needs, and partner with recruitment and leadership to deliver optimal workforce outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have extensive resource management experience, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years in resource management, workforce planning, or related function.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capacity Planning meetings to understand resource needs and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with growth teams, account leads, recruitment, HR, and operations to fill supply and demand.
• Align opportunity close dates with resource availability across client portfolios.
• Document action items and meeting notes at Capacity Planning meetings.
• Oversee day-to-day responsibilities of Resource Advisors and Resource Managers.
• Escalate high-risk staffing situations to leadership as needed.
• Review opportunity pipeline to forecast demand.
• Maintain and ensure data accuracy for resource capacity in the WFM tool.
• Track utilization, analyze anomalies, and support remediation strategies.
• Validate external hire requests and track approvals in Workday.
• Understand resources’ skills and aspirations to identify suitable opportunities.
• Propose resources with availability to align with project needs.
• Influence leadership and resources to consider alternative staffing options.
• Communicate financial, client, and skill impacts of staffing decisions.
• Serve as point of contact for staffing conflicts and resolution.
• Resolve staffing conflicts with creative staffing alternatives.
