• Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience required.
• Prefers experience in a professional services firm.
• Certifications such as PMP or RMCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource management process for assigned population.
• Schedule resources for client assignments by timing, travel, skills.
• Forecast hours and monitor headcount using scheduling tools.
• Prepare for deadlines and optimize utilization and profitability.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners on updates weekly.
• Maintain accurate staff profiles and schedules in the system.
• Generate resource management reports and analyze variances.
