Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Resource Management Deployment Manager to support onboarding and transitions across the Risk Advisory service line. You will coordinate staffing, partner with practice leaders and delivery stakeholders, and drive workforce planning, hiring strategies, and efficient onboarding for projects.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reporting, and ensuring appropriate staff deployment to maximize profitability and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of related experience in a professional services firm.
• Certifications (e.g., PMP, RMCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute resource management process for assigned population
• Facilitate scheduling of resources to client assignments based on timing, skills, and requirements
• Drive scheduling to balance capacity with needs and maximize utilization
• Forecast hours, track utilization, and monitor headcount using scheduling tools
• Lead weekly meetings with Managers and Partners and provide updates
• Maintain staff profiles and schedules in the scheduling database
• Generate and analyze resource management reports including forecasts and variance data
• Monitor chargeable hours, overtime, and travel distribution
• Collaborate with Firm functions and other teams for allocations
• Support onboarding and campus/experienced hire talent processes
