Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Deployment Manager to support onboarding and transitions across Risk Advisory. You will centralize staffing, coordinate with practice leaders, managers, and partners, and ensure resources align with project needs while optimizing utilization and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar field, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel skills. PMP or RMCP certs are preferred. National pay range is generous and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing across Risk Advisory projects and transitions.
• Schedule resources considering timing, travel, skills, and client needs.
• Forecast hours, track utilization, and monitor headcount to optimize profitability.
• Produce resource management reports and resolve conflicting assignments.
