Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Resource Management Deployment Manager to support onboarding and transitions across Risk Advisory. You will coordinate staffing for projects, align talent with needs, and drive efficiency in onboarding and deployment to enhance client delivery outcomes.

You will partner with practice leaders and delivery stakeholders, forecast demand, and support workforce planning and hiring strategies while ensuring compliance and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of it.
• 5+ years of related experience in a professional services setting preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or RMCP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute resource management process for assigned population.
• Facilitate scheduling of resources to client assignments based on timing, travel, levels, skills.
• Drive scheduling to prepare for future deadlines; balance capacity and demand to maximize utilization and profitability.
• Use scheduling tools to forecast hours, track utilization, and monitor headcount.
• Facilitate weekly meetings with Managers and Partners and provide updates as needed.
• Ensure staff profiles and schedules are updated in the scheduling system.
