Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute resource management process for assigned population
• Facilitate scheduling of resources to client assignments based on timing, travel, levels, skills
• Forecast hours, track utilization, and monitor headcount
• Generate and analyze resource management reports and variance data
• Build relationships with Managers and Partners across the firm
• Coordinate with HR and Recruiting on hiring and onboarding of talent
• Participate in performance calibration meetings for staff
