• Forecast hours, monitor utilization, and maintain staffing data to maximize utilization and profitability.
• Maintain staff profiles and schedules in the scheduling database with regular updates.
• Generate resource management reports, including availability and utilization analyses.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners and liaise with other units to allocate resources efficiently.
