Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of leadership in hospitality at the department/division director level.
Resort or attraction-based background preferred over big-box convention hotel experience; candidates who combine theme park and hotel operations experience are especially well-suited.
Minimum 2 years developing and implementing annual budgets; forecasting revenues and expenses, and generating plans to meet expected margins.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Develop financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, ensuring staffing for revised forecasts, and aligning resources.
Lead Directors to accomplish objectives through coaching and mentoring.
Communicate job expectations and monitor performance across departments.
Champion guest satisfaction and resolve issues with patrons and staff.
Enforce policies, procedures, and Traditions across departments.
Ensure guest services objectives are met by monitoring performance and implementing improvements.
Prepare strategic plans, action plans, and drive productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
