• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality or resort management.
• Experience with weddings and large events; winery, brewery or historic-property experience is a plus.
• Strong financial, operational and business acumen.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for elevated guest experiences and respect for heritage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire the leadership team and staff across all departments.
• Oversee estate operations including rooms, food & beverage, events and marketing.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and P&L; control labor and costs.
• Develop SOPs, maintain compliance and quality standards.
• Represent Bohemia Manor Farm to guests and the Cecil County community.
• Drive revenue strategies across weddings, tastings and experiences.
• Coach talent, onboarding and retention.
