Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Direct knowledge of University policies and OMB Uniform Guidance costing principles (2 CFR 200) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple research core facilities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Gather and analyze data to construct KPIs to monitor and improve performance and reinforce strategic decision making.
• Support managers over the daily business operations of service centers/core facilities to ensure operational viability.
• Communicate and implement short and long-range college and unit objectives for COMOR and its leaders.
• Align physical and strategic resources with COMOR's strategic goals to sustain core operations.
