Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Business Operations Senior Analyst for the Institute of Brain, Behavior, and Immunology (IBBI). You will support the Director with operational programming, strategies and process improvements while providing administrative guidance to 20+ research labs and 100+ faculty and staff across 4 colleges.

You will develop strategic plans, governance policies, and oversee budgets, audits, and space management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Senior, fully experienced professional; may guide less experienced colleagues.
• In-office presence required with some flexibility.
• Background check and possible drug screen/physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational programming, strategies and process improvements for the Director.
• Oversee budgets, space and facilities management; develop business plans.
• Create reports for strategic planning and ongoing operations.
• Supervise direct reports and liaise with labs and colleges.
