Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Senior HR Business Operations Analyst to partner with HR leadership to implement compliant, efficient services across the organization. You will manage HR scorecards and enterprise scorecards, identify predictive indicators, and ensure cross-functional delivery of key HR initiatives with stakeholders inside and outside HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience; 8–12 years preferred.
• Tableau experience with Power BI preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and drive process improvement.
• Ability to ensure quality in own work and develop strategies for accurate presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage updates of HR scorecards and enterprise scorecards with indicators spanning tactical, operational and strategic goals.
• Review and lead discussions to meet and optimize the annual HR budget; identify efficiencies in HR through integration and collaboration.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure compliance, strong service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure cross-functional service delivery of key HR initiatives with stakeholders inside and outside HR.
