Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced research analyst to define and execute the data and analytics research agenda for enterprise buyers. You will produce high-quality research, develop thought leadership across AI and data platforms, and advise executive clients on market trends and vendor evaluations.

You will build trusted relationships with software providers and collaborate with product, marketing, revenue, and client success teams to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Experience as an industry analyst or similar leader at a recognized technology provider.
• Deep understanding of data and analytics markets, technology architectures, operating models, and enterprise buyer requirements.
• Ability to develop independent, well-supported viewpoints on technology markets and industry developments.
• Experience advising executive stakeholders on data strategy, governance, planning, and vendor/platform evaluation.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; advanced education is welcome.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary technology practices including enterprise AI, finance, HR, IT, and revenue technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the research agenda for data and analytics markets, technology providers, and enterprise buyer priorities.
• Produce high-quality research including primary research, analyst perspectives, market analysis, benchmarking, and value index content.
• Develop thought leadership across AI, data platforms, governance, DataOps, streaming, and analytics.
• Advise enterprise clients on market trends and vendor/platform evaluation.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with software providers across product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Collaborate with analyst colleagues across product, marketing, revenue, and client success to maximize value of research offerings.
• Support client inquiries, briefings, speaking engagements, and advisory activities to aid retention and revenue growth.
• Oversee research and client-delivery workflows ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Participate in leadership and team meetings to support innovation and customer satisfaction.
